Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original STATIK® packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement item will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
